    CCF, has experience in building inspections, building envelope issues, building failure analysis, invasive and destructive testing procedures, repair protocol, cost of repair/re-construction, photography and image editing, expert reports based on facts and findings, mediation and deposition testimony.
     

    CCF, has consulted as a Construction Consultant/Expert Witness, in numerous construction defect cases regarding attached and detached single family dwellings, custom homes, luxury condominiums, town homes and hospitals.
     

    CCF, was founded and is managed by Mr. Brian T. Daniels. His knowledge of over 33 years of self-employment in the construction industry. His methodical reports are based on facts, findings, code compliance issues and building methodologies.
